    Chicken Dumpling Soup

    Kendall-Jackson Vinter’s Reserve Chardonnay- California

    Beautifully integrated tropical flavors such as pineapple, mango and papaya, with citrus notes that explode in your mouth.  A hint of toasted oak and butter rounds out the long, lingering finish.


    Main Course

    Grilled Grass Fed Ribeye Steak

    Bone Marrow and Savory Scalloped Potatoes

    Hedges Family Estate-Red Mountain Blend- Red Mountain, Washington

    Deep purple color, yet not opaque.  A sense of finesse in the color which suggests liveliness on the palate.  The mouthfeel is angular, with grace and precision.



    Raspberry Cheese Cake

     Kilikanoon Killerman’s Run- Cabernet Sauvignon- Claire Valley, Australia

    The alluring notes of dark cherries, licorice, and choc-mint flavors combine sensually on the nose.  The dark cherry and choc-mint flavors from the nose carrying over on the palate, nicely complemented by the fine tannins and natural acidity.
