    No-one loves food like the people of the Basque Country in northern Spain, where French and Spanish cuisines collide in a glorious celebration of all things edible. The region is considered hallowed ground by many a foodie, and Chef Suzanne is on hand to give you a taste of a part of Spain that has one of the highest concentrations of Michelin star restaurants in the world. 

    Menu: Spanish Green Bean Salad with Figs and Walnut Vinaigrette; Spanish Basque Cheese and Potato Cakes with Yellow and Red Piperade; French Basque Baked Salmon with Red Pepper Sabayon; French Basque Cornmeal Cake with Warm Berries.
