Come on over to make nature prints with artist Elizabeth Carroll! Making nature prints using a gel medium is a fun, easy, and creative activity for all ages. Explore your creative side while capturing a piece of the season!

Elizabeth Carroll received her BFA in painting from The University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana. She studied painting, printmaking, and sculpture at the Norwich School of Art in Norwich England. Elizabeth earned her Art Education degree from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Elizabeth recently graduated from the University of Wisconsin River Falls with an M.A.Ed, Principal Licensure. Her travels in the U.S. and abroad continue to inspire her sense of place and the way she sees the ever-changing landscape. Elizabeth lives in Hastings with her yellow lab Tasha and enjoys gardening around her 1870’s Queen Anne home. She is a visual artist who teaches art in Hastings, MN.

She is continually humbled by her students’ creativity and how they express their visual voice. Elizabeth feels extremely fortunate to be an art teacher who knows the value of the creative process. Artists are the storytellers of time and place.
