This unique event, brought you by Meet the Monster Athletics, Lift Bridge Brewing Company and BELCH features both running and cycling events. Athletes can chose to participate in the 5K run only, 10K run only, 25 mile bike only, 50 mile bike only, or you can make it a combo platter by choosing the 5K run with a bike ride of 25 or 50 miles, or a 10K run with a 25 or 50 mile bike ride.
Participants in all registration categories will receive a TShirt, snacks, goodies, and most importantly FREE beer! Participants who finish both a run and a bike ride will receive everything above, as well as a finishers medal that is sure to make your neighbors jealous.
After the run and/or bike ride, stick around and enjoy Lift Bridge’s award winning beer, have a bite from the food truck, play some games and enjoy some music, because at 2:00pm in Lift Bridge’s front yard is the start of the First Annual Minnesota Beer Mile State Championships!
