Meet Lift Bridge Brewing and Team Conrad MN at the taproom for Balance & Beervasana!

Lindsay will guide you through a 1-hour all levels yoga class followed by a good brew in the taproom. This is the perfect opportunity to grab a few friends, get to your mat, move your body and strike a few beer warriors!

Bring yourself, friends, a yoga mat and water bottle.

Ticket for 1 person includes:

1-hour yoga class and 1 beer or root beer for 1 person
