A panel of five community leaders will be moderated by Dr. Neil Krause, a professor of political science at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. Questions and answers will follow the panelists’ statements. It is funded in part by a grant from the Wisconsin Arts Board with funds from the state of Wisconsin and the National Endowment for the Arts.
