This class offers a deep dive into what hydrosols are and all the ways we can use them. Hydrosols, also known as “flower waters,” are produced by distilling fresh leaves, fruits, flowers, and other plant materials and have similar properties.
The class will be hosted by Liza Docken, Pranarōm’s National Educator, and includes a free sample of a 1oz hydrosol.
