A spring evening at the lodge including an elegant plated French meal, wine, champagne, and fresh apple cider mimosas

7pm: Plated Hors d’oeuvre: Pâté du Printemps (pâté of spring vegetables) and Pâté de Truites fumées (smoked Trout pâté) Served on French Baguette Crostini (Gluten Free Crostini Available upon Request)

Plated Salad : Salade avec les figues (fresh field greens with figs, fresh orange and vinaigrette) (Gluten Free)

Plated Entrée: Poulet au poêle a l’estragon, Pommes de terre provençal au Gratin et Petits pois frais a la française. (Casserole chicken with tarragon, gratin potatoes with herbs du Provence and sweet peas.) (Gluten Free)

Dessert: Individual Tarte Tatin
