Preschool Yoga Storytime

Join us at the Stillwater Public Library on Wednesday, August 22 and Wednesday, December 12 for Preschool Yoga Storytime. In this interactive BooksMoveME class, kids and grown ups ignite their imagination becoming cats, cows, dogs, frogs, lions and more! We will move through a kid-friendly warm up, make a picture book come alive through yoga, and end with a “Sleeping Lions” relaxation. This active story time helps children develop better body awareness, self-control, flexibility, and coordination. A great opportunity for adult and child to come together in a fun and healthy way!

Program is free and no registration is necessary. Presented by Learning Tree Yoga.
