A free and open to the public presentation and discussion on a short play from the Minnesota Science Museum’s Live Theater.
The short play entitled “Race to the Finish Line” focuses on two close colleagues who find their friendship begins to fracture as they start to discuss the topic of race. The play will be followed by an opportunity for group discussion. The play will help visitors understand what race is and what it is not. It gives the audience the tools to recognize racial ideas and practices in contemporary American life.
