Stress Reduction Techniques: Meditation
This workshop will give you a few new tools for using meditation to help reduce your symptoms of anxiety. No yoga or meditation experience necessary.
Have your feelings of stress and anxiety increased the past couple of years? If so, you’re not alone. We all experience anxiety differently but some common symptoms are tight muscles, irritability, trouble sleeping, digestive issues, negative thought loops, and difficulty focusing. Experiencing these symptoms day in and day out can wear you down, leaving you feeling exhausted.
