This is a free fun encounter with Trumpeter Swans wintering at the Hudson waterfront.
Gather at the Hudson Area Public Library at 1:00 on Saturday, February 15, 2020. Come dressed for the weather. Bring camera or phone. After viewing a short DVD about the comeback of these big, beautiful, loud birds, we will walk across First Street and north along the river path to the swans gathering area near St. Croix Street. Our leader is Margaret Smith, Executive Director of the national Trumpeter Swan Society.
