In this class, you will learn how to have a healthier relationship with your body and food through the art of intuitive eating.
You will have the opportunity to explore your own mindset around eating, learn the guiding principles of intuitive eating, and practice mindfulness skills that will help you to apply these concepts to your own life. This class will cover the key factors that will help you to be kinder to your body and feel more confident around food at special events and in everyday life.
