For landowners, bird nerds, and curious community members: learn about the St. Croix River Valley’s unique bird community!

From songbirds to sandhill cranes, chickadees to broadwing hawks, birds are a critical component to the health of the St. Croix River Valley and its communities. On Friday, May 17th at 7 p.m., join fellow landowners, public leaders, and community members in learning about the ecological significance of birds and how we can restore and protect bird habitat in our watershed. Retired WI DNR avian ecologist Kim Grveles will introduce you to key residential and migratory birds and outline strategies
