Yoga in the Park

Wind down your day with gentle, restorative yoga along the banks of the St. Croix River. Meet at the park’s main picnic area and bring a water bottle and yoga mat (or towel). No experience required.

We will have the class on the grass with the river as our backdrop. Class will be canceled in the event of rain. Check the park website the day of for any weather-related updates.

Meet near the canoe launch at the southern entrance of the park. The program is free, but a Minnesota state park vehicle permit is required on all vehicles.
