Our mission:
To influence, motivate and cultivate a positive state of health and well-being by immersing ourselves in the present moment with our creative offerings – one individual, one activity at a time.
The ArtPlay, ClayPlay and DancePlay offerings let you explore and experiment with various art mediums/dance to reveal your intuitive art /dance nature. Intended for those with little to no experience with an open minded, positive, and relaxed environment provided. Honoring the idea of small inclusion, class sizes are limited allowing for our self expression through art to best be achieved and for participants to fully immerse themselves in all aspects of these life experiences.
Special note: These classes can also be booked privately for groups up to eight people. Have that girlfriends weekend getaway planned and want a unique experience? Let’s do it! Family gathering? What better way to share an experience together!
The Art and The Mind LLC also hosts other Creatives who are passionate about what they do and wish to share their talents. This opens the door for a variety of unique offerings that are available to our community; with a focus on adults and children. Something for everyone!
