This workshop provides an overview of plant-based nutrition, balanced “plate building”, and recipe ideas for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack time. Learn how to plan ahead, combine flavors, and incorporate new foods into your meals. Take away easy, last-minute food options for when your fridge looks empty, ideas for convenience foods to try, and tips for dining out. All are welcome! Whether you are vegan, vegetarian, reducetarian or just want to incorporate more plant-based foods into your diet, join us to learn new information and ask questions! Participants are empowered to incorporate plant-based foods into their diets in a way that fits YOUR lifestyle and goals.
