This course is intended for River Market Co-op owners who are curious about how our Co-op is managed and how decisions are made – and that involves you!
In this entertaining and informative course, we will “bare all” and demystify the process of how our co-op is run. Such as…how does the staff, General Manager, and Board of Directors work together in our Co-op? We will share little-known behind-the-scenes insights as well as de-bunking some myths. We will also review the role of owners in the Board Meeting process and how owners (like you!) can become a Director on the Board.
