Tune into the sights and sounds of nature and go with the flow of this guided yoga class at Lake Elmo Park Reserve.
Poses and breath work will improve your well-being, reduce stress, and increase strength and flexibility. Open to all levels of yoga. Class is held at the North Pavilion, near the entrance to the pavilion parking lot. Please dress comfortably, bring a yoga mat, water, and arrive 5-10 minutes ahead of class time.
Advance registration is required. Season passes are available.
$8.00 per person, per class. Season passes are also available. A Washington County Parks vehicle permit is required ($7/daily or $30/annual).
