Mind-Body-Skills Group-Tools to Decrease Stress and Increase Self-Awareness starting October 3- November 28, 2017, 6-8 pm at the library of Ascension Episcopal Church, Stillwater MN.
What skills are taught?
Who can benefit? Anyone interested in making changes in their lives, whether a desire is to decrease stress, increase coping, decrease pain, enhance immune function or manage anxiety or depression more effectively.

Continuing Education:
Nursing professionals can earn 19.2 CEUs. This program is pending approval by the MN Board of Social Work for 16.0 CEUs. Written objectives and CE certificate will given at the end of the group.
Cost and Registration:
$215 for 8 weeks, register by September 25 to receive a $20 discount. Partial scholarships are available. Refer a friend who attends and receive a discount. Registration deadline is October 1, 2017
