Are you a hardy and sure-footed person, age 18 and above? Help us restore Freedom Park’s beautiful view of the Mississippi, which is currently blocked by invasive species such as black locust. We’ll spend the morning cutting down trees, stacking, and hauling. This will involve climbing and scrambling! Wear long sleeves, thick work gloves, and sturdy shoes.

We had a successful work day in September and made tremendous progress. We’re looking forward to continuing with this project! We’ll provide snacks. 🙂
