Please join us in the lower level of the River Falls Public Library (140 Union Street in River Falls) on October 30 from 5-8 PM for a special reception celebrating “Under the Surface,” an exhibit of underwater photography by teens participating in comprehensive mental health treatment programming at Northwest Passage in Webster, Wisconsin.

Learn about underwater invasive species, meet the artists, and chat with Northwest Passage’s award-winning executive director, Mark Elliot. A presentation by Ben Thwaits, creator of “In a New Light,” NWP’s arts-centered therapy programming, will begin at 7 PM. All are welcome!

The gallery show runs through November 3.
