It is an invaluable tool helping people reduce stress, gain a deeper sense of fulfillment in life as well as foster greater physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. Join Arvind Naik, long time meditator as he connects meditation and spiritual development to important aspects of our lives. He will offer a practical technique of meditation that can positively impact your life. Through first hand demonstrations of this simple yet highly effective method you will discover the key to deeper concentration, relaxation and profound personal growth.
