Tune into the sights and sounds of nature and go with the flow of this guided yoga class. Poses and breath work will improve your well-being, reduce stress, and increase flexibility. Open to all levels of yoga.
Please dress comfortably, bring a yoga mat, water, and arrive 5-10 minutes ahead of class time.
A discounted yoga season pass is available for purchase for $75/person or individual yoga classes are $7/person each; a parks vehicle permit is also required ($7/daily or $30/annual) and is not included in the individual class or season pass price.

All outdoor yoga classes are at the North Picnic Pavilion at the Lake Elmo Park Reserve on Thursdays from 6 – 7 p.m. More information can be found on the Washington County Parks Website
