WinterFest is the perfect opportunity to get outside and enjoy everything that the winter season has to offer! Breathe in the clean, crisp winter air while traversing the trails of Lake Elmo Park Reserve by cross-country ski, kicksled, and fat-tire bike!

XC Ski Lessons: Winter fun awaits with cross-country ski lessons provided by Ride & Glide XC Ski Club. All skill levels are welcome, whether you are working to become the next Jessie Diggins or you just want to learn to stay upright. All equipment is provided. Reservations are required at www.rideandglide.org (Select Lake Elmo Clinic).

CXC (Central Cross Country Skiing): will be offering children’s and family ski equipment to try out and will be offering waxing demos and tips from 10:00 – 3:00 PM. No reservations required.

Fat-tire Biking: Fat tire bikes offer a unique, new way to experience the outdoors. What better way to conquer the great bold north than biking over snow-covered trails? All skill levels are welcome. If you can bike, you can fat-tire bike! Equipment is provided. Reservations are preferred at www.rideandglide.org, drop in’s also welcomed.

Kicksledding: Try out this fun and growing winter activity on Eagle Point Lake. Kicksleds can be used by one or two people at a time, so it’s fun for the whole family! No experience necessary and no reservations required. Kicksledding will be offered from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM only.
