Grab your family and friends and join us for a ranger-led hike through the stunning fall colors on the St. Croix.
Enjoy the fall foliage along the St. Croix National Scenic Riverway with the National Park Service and the St. Croix River Association. On this hike, we’ll journey into the earth’s past and discover layers of geologic history as we walk 1 mile of steep stairs and trails into a hidden side canyon of the St. Croix River Valley. As a bonus, we’ll be entering a world of autumn gold!
This moderately difficult hike will involve climbing stairs. Wear good hiking shoes and layered clothing and meet at the campground office located at the south entrance of Minnesota Interstate State Park in Taylor’s Falls, MN. A $7 daily or $35 annual state park pass is required for each vehicle.
