The official opening is the Friday with outdoor hikes, arts & crafts, special 3^rd grader’s exhibit, Mrs. Claus at the historic library, 6 PM grand lighting of main street and Parade including floats with Santa arriving in the last unit of the 25 minute parade. The Royal Lady of the Village is announced at the parade. Stores and restaurants are open, holiday booya served, Santa greets the children at Santa land and there are special activities for the children, free trolley and wagon rides. 

Craft fairs Friday and Saturday. Christmas at the 1855 Folsom House Museum, a private historic home, puppet show and more, an ecumenical Choral Vesper Service, family Bingo, Poetry and StorySlam.

Sunday features Irish dancing for the whole family and the St. Croix Valley Orchestra.
