Local author John Moriarty’s new book, “A Field Guide to the Natural World of the Twin Cities,” is an illustrated guide to the natural habitats and rich diversity of wildlife in the greater Minneapolis and St. Paul metro area. He has been involved in many of the wildlife restoration efforts and initiated the snake and butterfly efforts. His book is published by the University of Minnesota Press (http://tiny.cc/9mqnfz).
