Mindful art journaling is a practice gaining popularity that offers many benefits. Whether it is for reducing stress, working through a personal challenge, or overcoming a creative block, this practice is one to be experienced. Even a few minutes a day of mindful art journaling can improve mood, lower anxiety, and foster a feeling of accomplishment and satisfaction. No previous artistic skill is necessary.

Admission Info

Bring mixed media paper or an art journal and your favorite writing utensil if you have one. Paper and pens will be provided if you do not have your own.  Other materials will be available for use such as colored pencils, glue, old magazines, paint, etc.

$29 per person covers the 2 hour class and extra materials.
