Intro to Pole Dance for Fitness (Beginners course) This course will teach you the Basics of Pole Dance for Fitness along with others who are your same level.
We will work on the basic Walks, Spins, Dance Moves, some Tricks and More. This class was designed for the person who has never done Pole Dance or Pole Fitness before and wants to learn in a FUN and welcoming environment. No shoes are worn in Beginners class.
This is a class for ages 14 and up.
Ages 14-17 must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver prior to your 1st class.
