Growing Microgreens

Presented by River Market Co-op at Online/Virtual Space

U of M Extension Master Gardener volunteers are eager to share research-based gardening best practices that promote healthy landscapes, healthy foods, and healthy lives with the people in their community.
Microgreens are used as a nutrition supplement, a visual enhancement, and a flavor enhancement for many people focused on improving nutrition and they are very easy to grow indoors.
