Veggie burgers can be made with chickpeas, black beans, white beans, potatoes, lentils, grains like quinoa and pretty much any other vegetable that can be mashed and formed into a patty.
They are easy to make especially if you use a food processor. On the menu: Beet & Lentil Burgers with Tahini Sauce, and Wild Rice & Mushroom Burgers.
