Date Night in Stillwater: Fall Grilling

Slow down! There’s no need to put the grill into storage yet! Get those fires burning and enjoy the last of the good weather in this flavor-packed Date Night class. We’ll get everything set up, allowing you to do the important work: cooking and feasting!

Menu: Soy-Glazed Chicken Thighs with Grilled Pineapple and Macadamia Power Pack; Black Bean Avocado and Tomato Salad with Lime-Mango Dressing; Grilled Garlicky Lamb Skewers with Tomato Feta Relish; Pineapple Madagascar (grilled pineapple with rum orange sauce served over ice cream).
