Squire House Gardens Spring Art Show

Squire House Gardens will offer a group exhibition of six Minnesota & Wisconsin artists. The annual spring show titled ‘Reflection’ will run from March 16 through March 31. Participating artists are painters James Wilcox Dimmers, Ruth Oseid Johnson, Angie Malin and Mary Jo Van Dell; metal artist/blacksmith Lisa Elias and ceramic artist Kerry Brooks.

Paintings, metal works and art pottery pieces ranging in size from small to large will be available for purchase. “We are delighted to assemble the work of these talented creators.” said owner Martin Stern. “Art is a reflection of the moment and viewing it helps us appreciate life, here and now. We invite you to come to Afton and see a wonderful collection, as we transform our business into a gallery space for an extraordinary two week exhibit.”

The public is invited to attend an opening reception on Saturday, March 16 from 4 p.m. – 7 p.m. featuring complimentary refreshments and an opportunity to meet the artists.
